What's the onboarding process?
Implementation will include sessions with your team to connect your data and implement your commission plans prior to training your admin on how to use Palette.
How do you count a seat?
A seat is a payee, someone who's in at least one commission plan. We do not charge admin seats or access for accountants.
How much does the implementation cost?
One time implementation cost that is flexible and dynamic based on each customer’s individual plans and use case.
What does reconciliation mean?
Palette reconciliation feature allows you to merge data sources together, for example linking and reconciling invoices, tracked in the billing system, to opportunities or deals tracked in the CRM.
How secure is my data in Palette?
