What's the onboarding process?
We define together the timeline for the onboarding. It usually take 2 weeks to implement Palette with a few calls with you and your teams.
How do you count a seat?
A seat is a payee, someone who's in at least one commission plan. We do not charge admin seats or access for accountants.
How much does the implementation cost?
We don't charge for implementation.
I have a very specific use case / compensation plan, will it work for me?
It's absolutely normal that you have a specific compensation plan tailored to your business needs. Palette is super flexible, we've never seen a plan that we cannot integrate. If it happens that we cannot do it, we just refund you.
What does reconciliation means?
Palette reconciliation feature allows you to merge data sources together. Example: Link Quickbooks Invoices to HubSpot Deals.
How secure is my data in Palette?
